You probably don’t want to leave.

We do need to alarm you a boat needs special house rules; you get in through a hatch and the sewage system is running on special pumps. So do take these things into account and don’t throw any wetties in the toilet… Of course we love to inform you about the do’s and the don’ts.

The area

The area for sure is the best place to experience Amsterdam… that’s if you’re not chasing parties  24/7 or hunger for packed touristic streets. The houses in our neighborhood are most wanted and people who live around here… don’t ever want to leave. A village in the center of Amsterdam, with lovely ROMANTIC bridges creating that ultimate holiday feeling, also for the ones living here. 

On an island in between beautiful warehouses we are situated in a lee which makes your stay pleasant for sure. Thereby we are in the ultimate sun angle, so we are always the first ones enjoying our sunny deck terrace in a t-shirt while a passerby still wears his winter coat.

The ideal location to spend some valuable time in this wonderfully secluded neighborhood.

Lots to do for all tastes, from outdoors adventures for urban city explorers to total isolation for those who prefer the homely and the comfy! We bet you would love to stay on the deck terrace for ever.

Our independent studio is completely yours. You have your private gangway and private entrance. Private bathroom, and studio with living area and double bed.
